Our "Mentaiko Pork Shabu-Shabu" uses a special golden broth and plenty of mentaiko (spicy cod roe), and the umami of the mentaiko has melted into the broth, making it an addictive dish! To finish off your shabu-shabu, we serve "Mentaiko Pasta," which is made by adding pasta to the mentaiko broth.Please enjoy our luxurious mentaiko pork shabu-shabu, a dish you won't find anywhere else, made with generous amounts of mentaiko from "Kanefuku."
