[Mentaiko Pork Shabu] is made with a special golden broth and plenty of mentaiko, and is an addictive dish that is sure to have you hooked as the umami of the mentaiko melts into the broth! To finish off the shabu-shabu, we offer [Mentaiko Pasta], which is pasta put into the mentaiko broth.Please enjoy our luxurious mentaiko pork shabu-shabu, which uses Kanefuku's mentaiko lavishly and cannot be found at other restaurants.
